Help with the 2022 Prime Rib Dinner

This year’s Prime Rib Dinner Event will be held at the Club House Saturday, February 5th at 6:00 PM. Cash Bar opens at 5:00 P.M.

We appreciate your consideration in volunteering as a lot of work goes into putting on this event. Please check out the opportunities we have available below to earn volunteer hours.

Setup the Day Before

Friday, February 4th at 9 AM

  • Clean
  • Setup tables and chairs
  • Setup for the event

Prime Rib Dinner (Day-Of)

Saturday, February 5th at 5:00 PM

  • Cooking
  • Run food
  • Selling raffle tickets, tip boards, gun boards, hat raffle
  • Bartenders
  • Ticket collectors

Cleanup the Day After

Sunday, February 6th at 10 AM

  • Cleanup
  • Breakdown tables
  • Put away tables and chairs
